IRT (International Risk Tracking) data is the Ember-side intelligence contribution to the CONDUIT stack. Ember Information Systems maintains and provides IRT data to PULSE Technologies for integration into VECTOR and CONDUIT routing decisions. IRT covers cross-border risk indicators including regulatory environments, counterparty risk profiles, and jurisdictional compliance signals.
